Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any item or gift cards. All sales are final. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Mermeyb Return & Exchange Policy 

Thank you for shopping with Mermeyb! We want you to love your new swimwear, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition of Items: All items must be unworn, with the hygienic liner still in place, and tags intact. We will carefully inspect the swimwear to confirm that it has not been worn.

• Store Credit: We do not offer refunds, but returns and exchanges will be processed as store credit for use on future purchases.

• How to Initiate: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at antonellastreasure@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

We will gladly process the store credit or an exchange once the returned item is verified to meet the conditions outlined above.

Please note that items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
